The Associate Manager Ticket Office oversees ticket office operations for San Antonio FC and supports operational execution across Spurs Sports & Entertainment properties. This role is responsible for leading ticketing operations, inventory management, system configuration, and event readiness to ensure efficient and accurate execution across events. The Associate Manager exercises independent judgment in resolving operational issues, managing ticketing workflows, and implementing process improvements that support organizational goals and the fan experience. This position collaborates cross-functionally with Ticket Operations, Sales, Service, and venue leadership to drive operational effectiveness and maintain ticketing integrity in a fast-paced live event environment. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead ticket office operations for San Antonio FC events, overseeing event readiness, operational execution, and real-time decision-making to ensure successful event operations 
  • Manage ticketing system configuration and inventory management, including event builds, season plans, pricing structures, and operational setup across assigned properties
  • Oversee ticketing workflows and operational processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational standards and business objectives 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ticket Operations, Sales, Service, and venue leadership to develop and implement operational solutions that support event and business needs  
  • Exercise independent judgment in troubleshooting and resolving ticketing, inventory, and customer service issues during live events and daily operations  
  • Identify opportunities to improve ticket office processes, workflows, and operational efficiency, implementing enhancements where appropriate 
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and operational direction to part-time event staff during games and events, ensuring adherence to ticket office procedures and service standards
  • Support broader ticket office initiatives and operational planning across Spurs Sports & Entertainment properties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of two (4) years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting live event ticket office operations preferred. 
  • Experience training or guiding part-time or event staff preferred. 
  • Experience working across multiple sports or entertainment properties preferred.
  • Experience using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, or similar ticketing systems preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment. 
  • Ability to work in an arena and office environment as needed.
