About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for collaborating with clients, key internal departments and stakeholders, and third-party companies and organizations to help manage and execute strategic partnerships, sponsorships and programs throughout the Seaport.

What You Will Do

· Manage a portfolio of multi-year and short-term strategic partners through day-to-day client communication, strategic planning, marketing, event execution and developing recaps

· Create and execute custom partnership platforms and unique activation opportunities that satisfy contractual deliverables, drive internal marketing goals, enrich the neighborhood, encourage community gathering and drive consistent traffic to key parts of the property

· Consistently adhere to and update as needed internal communications for efficient information sharing across all key stakeholders ensuring seamless sponsorship deliverable execution

· Responsible for ongoing assessment of partnership marketing calendar and development of necessary internal documents, including briefs and wrap-up reports that identify successes and areas for improvement related to expenditures, resources, venue, etc.

· Ensure proper internal approval processes are followed, organizational standards are met or exceeded and signoffs are secured by leadership for all sponsorships and activations

· Research and share best practices, as well as new and unique marketing activation opportunities that may help drive incremental revenue through the existing sponsor portfolio

· Responsible for event & activation planning, coordination and execution on property

· Manage RSVPs, tickets, and attendance as necessary for specific partner deliverables

o Establish and manage all timelines for each partner activation

o Liaison with 3rd party vendors

o Maintain accurate forecast of costs, and contain costs within a given event/project budget

· Ensure vendor invoices are processed correctly and any related paperwork/contracts are in place as needed

· Participate in strategic planning sessions, status meetings, and project updates and support the continuous progress of marketing and partner goals set for all active projects

About You

· Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum 5-7 years of marketing activation, sponsorship or event planning experience in related position or field

· Strong communication and organization skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams

· Exceptional customer service ethic and high expectations for quality

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Must possess high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

· Able to work some nights, weekends and holidays

Compensation: $120,000 - $142,000K Annually
