About The Role: 

We are seeking Bar Attendants to join our team who are interested in learning and improving their skills further. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining restaurant and bars. 

 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Responsible for setting the bars for service and maintaining bar stock pars during service at pre-determined levels 

  • Checks in, receives, validates, and puts away all liquor room deliveries  

  • Prepares bars’ morning pull based on nightly provided picklists by the pre-determined time  

  • Delivers pick listed items to the bars 

  • Sets up the bars for service by stocking all necessary wine, liquor, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, ingredients, garnishes, supplies, etc. 

  • Facilitates delivery of any needed items to the bars during service. 

  • Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company. 

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested 

 

About You: 

  • 1+ year of experience as a bar attendant, barback or runner 

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for food and hospitality 

  • Experience serving both beverage and food 

  • Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands. 

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.  

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards 

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. 

  • Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.  

  • Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the work area and propertyBend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.  

  • Climbing steps regularly. Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success. 

 

 

Compensation range: $25 per hour
