Playfly Sports is looking for Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing Solutions to join our team in Los Angeles, LA.   

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing Solutions is a strategic creative leader responsible for developing compelling partnership platforms that connect national and regional brands to sports fans in meaningful ways. Ideal candidates bring experience working in a brand-side sports marketing or sponsorship role—someone who understands what brands look for in partnerships and can build creative solutions that deliver measurable value. This individual will help shape the strategic narrative of Playfly’s capabilities while leading the creative ideation process for customized marketing solutions across our various business divisions.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH  

  • Build fully integrated marketing platforms for brand partners rooted in consumer insights, brand strategy, and fan engagement.
  • Lead strategic storytelling for custom pitches that align brand objectives with Playfly capabilities.
  • Identify and shape new commercial inventory and activation opportunities based on brand needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with insights and research teams to extract relevant data and convert it into persuasive creative outputs.
  • Develop strategic sales materials such as pitch decks, campaign recaps, and innovation briefs to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional internal partners and educate them on brand-side marketing strategy and buying behavior.
  • Stay ahead of sponsorship trends, brand activations in sports, and the evolving needs of marketers in the space.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years of experience in sports or partnership marketing, brand management, or agency roles supporting brand clients.
  • Deep understanding of how brands evaluate, activate, and measure partnerships in the sports space.
  • Strong conceptual thinker and storyteller with the ability to distill complex strategies into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent client service mindset with ability to communicate effectively across teams and with brand stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus.

 

TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Role is mainly done at a desk

 

COMPENSATION 

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
