THE RUNDOWN

Responsible for actively participating in the activities and operations of Playfly’s account team as they relate to Playfly’s clients’ strategy, marketing and promotional initiatives, as well as supporting account management initiatives with respect to assigned accounts.

 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Function as a liaison between client(s) and account management team
  • Develop and execute activation strategies, plans and activities
  • Assist Playfly management in the implementation of Playfly’s goals and objectives, including new business development
  • Advance positive relations with client(s) across multiple business channels
  • Maintain and nurture positive relations with all sponsorship properties
  • Research and develop strategic recommendation(s) in needed areas and/or for new opportunities
  • Evaluate renewal contracts and new relationships
  • Prepare and manage client budget(s); develop budgetary plans and controls
  • Prepare and present reports on recommendations and progress as needed; disseminate information to the client and appropriate account management team members
  • Participate in evaluating account team members
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and prepare meeting summaries
  • Compose account team correspondence
  • Contribute to team spirit on the account team including contact with client(s)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Playfly Management

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of marketing, advertising, sports management, or business
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing industry preferred
  •  Communicates clearly and concisely, including oral, written, and audio/visual presentations
  • Displays sound organizational skills and computer literacy
  • Prioritizes, organizes, and manages multiple projects
  • Demonstrates strong people skills
  • Analyzes and assesses programs, initiatives, policies, and needs, and makes appropriate recommendations and adjustments
    • Advances company and client goals, objectives, and procedures
  • Follows directions and meets deadlines
  • Responds to new opportunities and adapts quickly to shifting conditions
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor and compelling customer service attitude
  • Displays a high-level of energy and dependable, strong work ethic

 

TRAVEL, LIFTING & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Local and domestic travel, including nights and weekends, as well as some holidays
  • Standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time; occasional lifting of light to moderate weight objects

 

COMPENSATION

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. 

The base pay range for this role is:
$45,000—$47,500 USD
