Location
This is a hybrid role. The preferred locations are Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY, and candidates will be expected to work in-office as needed, in coordination with team and business requirements.

Role Summary 
The Coordinator, Sales & Partner Marketing supports the successful execution of OneTeam’s sponsorship and athlete marketing programs by providing day-to-day operational assistance to the entire SAP team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, client service, and campaign execution while working with some of the biggest athlete groups and brand partners in sports. This individual will help maintain internal processes, track key deliverables, support cross-functional communication, and ensure that sales and marketing activations run smoothly and on schedule.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of sponsorship, athlete and partner marketing programs by supporting timelines, asset management, and administrative needs.
  • Maintain internal documents, including trackers, calendars, and campaign status sheets.
  • Help coordinate logistics and scheduling for partner meetings, athlete activations, and internal reviews.
  • Collect and organize partner materials (creative assets, briefs, approvals, etc.).
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and recaps under guidance of managers.
  • Assist in cross-team communication between Games, Consumer Products, Content, and Athlete Relations.
  • Help track program performance metrics and compile data for reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and project planning sessions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or entry-level experience in sports, agency, or entertainment industries is a plus)
  • Excellent organization and time management with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of learning in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, or sales CRM, such as Salesforce, preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint or other presentation software required (Basic design capabilities a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Interest in sports, athletes, and sponsorship marketing, advocating for athletes, and knowledgeable about OneTeam’s mission.

Compensation
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 + bonus opportunity
OneTeam Partners offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, wellness benefits, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. The above compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on Los Angeles, CA and current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. *Please Note: Title and actual pay may be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Depending on the location of the role, this position may be classified as hourly, non-exempt, and thus eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. 

Working Conditions 
This role involves computer-based work, including video conferencing and frequent written and verbal communication with internal teams, game developers, and external partners. Extended periods of sitting and screen time are expected. Semi-regular travel may be required to attend meetings, industry events, or partner visits, which may include standing, walking, or transporting light materials (e.g., laptops, promotional items). The position requires the ability to work across multiple time zones, manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
