These currently include the MLSPA, NWSLPA and USWNTPA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product development runs smoothly from concept through launch — managing licensee onboarding, product approvals, royalty tracking, and internal reporting. Your contributions will directly support the visibility and commercial success of athlete-licensed products across retail and digital channels.

Ideal candidates are team players who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about sports and supporting athletes. Prior experience in consumer products or licensing is a plus but not required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in licensee onboarding to ensure licensees are oriented to and adopt OneTeam and PA processes
  • Manage product approvals within OneTeam’s licensee management platform for our current soccer properties (MLSPA, NWSLPA, USWNTPA) and any future OneTeam licensed properties.
  • Communicate changes and edits that need to be made to licensees in response to product submissions as well as to our licensed properties.
  • Manage royalty submissions by licensees, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Track & report out to internal teams on a regular, ongoing cadence the progress of licensees’ sales, royalties and other key submission data.
  • Track and communicate key dates, product launches, and promotions to amplify product opportunities for our licensed properties and licensees.
  • Manage creation of product information documents to assist with sell-in and sell-through of licensed products.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Apparel Licensing team and the Finance & Business Operations team[IS1] and other critical cross functional internal stakeholders
  •  Assist the Director of Apparel & Accessories with licensee account management.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, support of consumer product retail development efforts and business reviews

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in consumer products licensing a plus, but not a requirement
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written format
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of learning in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort in transforming raw data into usable formats for analysis, including building pivot tables and generating charts
  • Ability to quickly come up to speed on new tools or processes
  • Strong attention to detail, persistence and follow through
  • Willingness to build positive working relationships and use professional decorum when navigating differing opinions
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sports (soccer expertise a plus); advocate for athletes overall and knowledgeable about the sports and athletes that OneTeam works on behalf of.
