Location
This is a hybrid role. The preferred locations are Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY, and candidates will be expected to work in-office as needed, in coordination with team and business requirements.

Role Summary 
The Associate Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for supporting the execution and day-to-day coordination of OneTeam’s Player Association sponsorship and athlete marketing programs. This role will help bring campaigns to life across key Player Associations, including USWNTPA, NWSLPA, WNBPA, MLBPA, MLSPA, and NFLPA. The Associate Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, delivery of partner assets, and performance tracking.
 
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager with a client-first mindset and an interest in sports, marketing, and partnerships. This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of high-profile sponsorship programs and grow within a dynamic and athlete-driven organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day execution of partner marketing campaigns, including timelines, asset collection, and approvals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and help liaise with clients and agencies under direction of senior team members.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, recap reports, and performance summaries for brand partners.
  • Manage internal documents such as activation trackers, campaign calendars, and asset libraries.
  • Coordinate across the SAP team to facilitate partner deliverables and to support specific activation efforts cross functionally. 
  •  Help ensure that sponsor activations align with Player Association guidelines and brand standards.
  •  Support the Sr. Manager and Head of Sponsorship and Partner Marketing in renewing and expanding existing PA and athlete partnerships 
  • Support event logistics and on-site execution as needed.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and partner ideation.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sports management, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally working in marketing, account management, or partnerships (sports, agency, or entertainment industry experience a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for sports, athletes, and brand marketing

Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 + bonus opportunity
OneTeam Partners offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, wellness benefits, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. The above compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on Los Angeles, CA and current national data. Working Conditions 
This role involves computer-based work, including video conferencing and frequent written and verbal communication with internal teams, game developers, and external partners. Extended periods of sitting and screen time are expected. Semi-regular travel may be required to attend meetings, industry events, or partner visits, which may include standing, walking, or transporting light materials (e.g., laptops, promotional items). The position requires the ability to work across multiple time zones, manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
