The Role and Duties 

 

  • Assist with development and set-up of the Custom Group Hub (CGH) - a ticketing and guest data service center supporting key On Location B2B & Stakeholder (STK) clients.   

  • Provide ticketing support across a range of key B2B & STK clients and accounts.  

  • In conjunction with Guest Database Managers, assist with the development of general ticketing policies and procedures relating to the CGH.    

  • Assist with the development, set-up, and calibration of ticketing systems for digital ticket management and distribution.  

  • Support B2B clients across several ticketing and program management systems, including a client facing Seat Assignment Portal & Paris 2024 CTP.  

  • Work with Paris 2024 and On Location ticketing systems and databases.  

  • Identify efficient and integrated workflows to facilitate ticketing and data management across multiple platforms.   

  • Work closely with the database managers to create an agile and responsive CGH.   

  • Asist with the development of CGH ticketing staff training manuals.  

  • Assist clients with last minute guest and seat assignment changes.  

  • Distribute digital tickets to guests.  

  • Monitor status of digital tickets post-distribution.  

  • Monitor ticket usage and implement client plan to maximize utilization 

  • Monitor ticket usage to ensure compliance with Paris 2024 and On Location ticketing terms and conditions.   

  • Monitor competition schedule changes and keep program managers and clients informed of changes.   

  • Generate ticket reports from On Location and Paris 2024 systems when requested by Custom Group Program Management or the client.  

  • Create post-event report and reconciliation, including key learnings.  

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with event ticketing and database systems 

  • Ability to read venue seating charts and familiar terminology used to designate areas within stadiums and venues. 

  • Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and project management software 

  • Strong customer service ethic  

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities and meet deadlines. 

  • Fluent in English 

  • High level of attention to detail with respect for working in-line with agreed procedures 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal. 

  • Comfortable working under high pressure in a fast-paced work environment 

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large team. 

 

Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • CTS Eventim back-office system  

  • Digital ticket delivery 

  • French and other languages
