The Role and What You’ll Do:

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Product Content, Olympic & Paralympic Games, team to develop and implement the Product Content strategy and the Product go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our robust catalog of product offerings; including our official hospitality packages, travel packages, and high-end custom programming for individuals and corporations looking to attend the Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, and LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  

 

At the direction of the Manager, Product Content, the Senior Coordinator, Product Content, will support with the writing, editing, and publishing of project briefs and Product content across all channels to ensure all content is accurate compelling, and on-brand for potential purchasers. The Senior Coordinator, Product Content will also be responsible for helping to create and manage project timelines across multiple teams and maintain our Product Content databases and communication channels for sales and leadership to resource for the latest information.  

 

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a passion for writing and editing, is highly organized, a strong communicator, and excels at managing multiple projects at once.  

  • Work cross-functionally with the Product and Product Content teams to help charge our go-to-market strategy, supporting communications with the Marketing, Technology, and Product Operations teams to stay up to date on project statuses and needs, updating the Manager, Product Content on any roadblocks or opportunities.

  • Support creation of content briefs and timelines for new product launches, product updates, or product enhancements.

  • Write, proof, or edit new or existing content across all channels, working with the Product Content and Marketing teams to develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone, abide by specific content requirements, and leverage data driven decisions to continuously improve our materials for the end-user. Channels include web, sales materials, product catalogs, social media, email, brochures, etc. 

  • Manage the Product Content project tasks and communications in our project management system, working alongside the Project Operations Manager and team to ensure all deadlines are met. 

  • Distribution of new or updated Product materials to internal sales teams, helping with any questions they may have or address any identified content gaps or needs. 

  • Maintain an archive of all Product Content materials, ensuring all materials are properly tagged, filed, and organized in an easily resourced format. 

  • Proactively support and identify updates to Product Content materials where applicable.

  • Ideate and contribute to the greater Product Content storytelling and narrative. 

  • The successful candidate should have strong English-language editorial skills and will be responsible for working with partners for the translation of editorial content into French, Italian, and other languages. Experience managing a cross-cultural team or working with translation vendors is a plus.

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Knowledge of French or Italian

  • SEO knowledge or basics understanding

  • photo and video asset coordination

  • Sport or sport product experience

  • e-commerce knowledge and experience   

 

Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.  This position may require up to ​15​ – 25 % travel.
