Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Hospitality & Inventory and the Director of Hospitality & Inventory to formulate and execute comprehensive hospitality packages aligning with the company's overarching objectives. The Hospitality Product & Inventory Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of hospitality products during the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. This role involves supporting various aspects of product development, content creation, strategy, management, and implementation, ensuring a delightful experience for guests attending the Winter Olympics in Italy.
Responsibilities:
Support in meticulously managing task deadlines and milestones to meet project timelines.
Generate accurate and timely reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Contribute to the precise management of inventory and systems for the Product team.
Take ownership of key deliverables, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
Assist in problem-solving and the development of new ad-hoc products to enhance the overall guest experience.
Act as the onsite Hospitality Product Cluster Manager during the event.
You Have These:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating collaborative teamwork.
Proficiency in English and Italian to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive working relationships.
Permission to work in Italy.

Previous exposure to ticketing systems and reports.
