What You’ll Do: 

Key leadership role focused on driving overall strategy, architectural design, and inventory management of the commercial hospitality products specifically related to in-venue and off-venue hospitality ticket packages.  This role will work directly with the GM of On Location LA2028 and Vice President, Product & Inventory to build and manage a product team whose goal is to develop and maintain a creative, innovative, and profitable global product strategy flexible for multiple distribution channels and territories.  Product offerings will comprise of Olympic event tickets and additional hospitality assets, including but not limited to private suites, hospitality ex, unique and innovative assets, and other owned or procured assets beneficial to the overall program.  Collaboration and a focus on solutions will be key in driving concepts and building relationships across internal and external teams and partners.

Responsibilities: 

  • Daily management, leadership, strategic planning, and business operations of the in-venue and off-venue commercial ticket and hospitality product development.
  • Ideate, create, maintain, and execute an innovative product architecture for a wide variety of markets that incorporates a simple, strategic, and scalable approach while maintaining and tracking against revenue and profitability goals.
  • Strategic inventory development and management specific to ticket and hospitality access at the product and asset level.
  • Detailed daily market demand and research analysis with a data driven decision-making mindset
  • Develop and maintain a clear structure for communication and collaboration between key internal workstreams such as Ticketing, Event Production, Program Management, Technology, and other operational workstreams for purposes of creating ticket packages inclusive of hospitality experiences and/or other assets.
  • Develop operational processes and financial models, in collaboration with Finance and Accounting, for building and tracking against revenue and profitability forecasts, operational budgets, pricing, and inventory management related to elements within the hospitality packages.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders throughout the Olympic ecosystem.
  • Provide leadership and direction while collaborating with leaders across the Olympic workstreams to develop standardized and efficient documented processes, operational training programs, and best practices for the Olympic Commercial Hospitality Programme.
  • Expand our ability to identify and track opportunities to improve quality across all product offerings and within the overall customer experience, working closely with Event Production to collaborate on concepts and develop best in class offerings.

 Travel:

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.  International travel may be required. Expected travel may range from 5-10% annually and typically specific to event operations as needed to support the business.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$90,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$120,000 annually
