We are looking for an experienced & passionate Designer to join our global creative team. The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team and will concept, design, and create compelling design work for our Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024 Official Hospitality Program marketing campaigns.

As a key member of our global creative team you will work with teams around the world to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and assets that disrupt the status quo and drive brand value and revenue for the program. 

Candidates must provide a strong portfolio of innovative and inspiring work for individual executions and campaigns across a variety of channels: digital, social, print, TV, video, retail, and promotion channels. 

  • Work closely with the Design Lead, create & deliver highly engaging B2B & B2C design concepts and campaign assets for the North American market with a particular focus on assets that promote a pivotal product in our program: Team USA House;

  • Present conceptual layouts for design routes that clearly communicate the vision to the Design Lead & our US Marketing Director

  • Support & deliver the design of all assets required in North America;

  • Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and pop culture to deliver cutting edge work;

  • Mentor, guide & inspire your team of designers and creatives. 

 

You Have These

  • Working experience delivering best-in-class B2B & B2C creative and design for premium brands & properties;

  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-end design expertise and a breadth of work across print, digital & mixed media;

  • Demonstrable experience successfully managing & mentoring other creatives and designers;

  • Experience working on brands in the world of sports is preferred;

  • Superior knowledge of design, illustration, typography, layout, photography, motion and video;

  • Mac proficiency with strong Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects;

  • Working knowledge of Premiere, Cinema 4d, Sketch, HTML/CSS, Photography, Illustration is all a plus, but not essential.

  • A deep appreciation for the principles of design while also knowing when and where to break the rules;

  • A naturally creative mindset with a bias to innovative & strategic creative solutions;

  • Deep curiosity and passion for pop-culture, consumer trends, emerging tech and media;

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communications skills;

  • The ability to balance multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines;

  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders (often in different countries and time zones);

  • A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand;

  • The ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision;

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.

  • You may be required to do out-of-hours work to connect with colleagues in multiple time zones and

  • You may be required to travel to offices in other locations and potentially you may be required to be on-site during the Olympics games event in Paris in 2024.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$63,008 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$84,010 annually
