Position Summary:

The Season Ticket Service Representative will support both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans ticket holders with customer service inquiries related to their ticket packages. 

This role is part-time and will work either Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, or Monday-Friday 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm. This position is based in office in Metairie, LA.

What you will be doing:

  • Answer and provide outstanding, elevated customer service to frequent incoming service calls from Saints and Pelicans season ticket holders and fans
  • Assist Ticket Sales Account Executives with touch point, relationship building process with season ticket holders
  • Make outbound service calls to gather more in-depth customer information
  • Assist with day-to-day activities in the Ticket Sales and Service department which may include but is not limited to assembly of data entry in database systems
  • Handle and process ticket orders and payment plans
  • Attend select interdepartmental and client meetings to convey service-related items

What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience with customer service is preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a strong teamwork mentality and truly enjoy helping others be successful
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and be able to solve problems in real-time
  • Must be comfortable in a faced paced environment and respond well to changes in direction
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
