Position Summary

The Project Manager is a key member of the Creative Department, reporting to the Design Director within the Marketing Department. This role serves as the central hub for project management and communication across Creative, Content, and Video Production teams. The Project Manager ensures seamless coordination among stakeholders, team members, and leadership throughout the full project lifecycle—from initial request through final delivery and post-project evaluation.

This position is responsible for maintaining internal work management systems, assigning tasks, managing timelines, and clearly communicating priorities across departments and business verticals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the creative and production process, excels at resource management, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Working closely with the Design Director and Director of Video Production, the Project Manager organizes and oversees all components of creative projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain production and post-production calendars and project management tools (ClickUp)
  • Oversee the ClickUp workspace, assisting organizational departments with workspace troubleshooting and facilitating optimization meetings with the ClickUp strategic services team.
  • Guide the production process from creative brief or initial request through delivery and post-project evaluation.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient workflows by providing regular status updates to Creative Department leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to schedule personnel, meetings, and project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between the Creative Department and other internal departments.
  • Manage logistics and communication with outside vendors, partners, and stakeholders to uphold quality and brand standards.
  • Gather project requirements, define scope, goals, and objectives, and secure estimates across departments.
  • Submit approved creative assets to vendors and oversee execution through completion.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business administration, or related field of study
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably (but not required) from within the sports or entertainment space
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proven project management experience, preferably within a creative, agency, or production environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools, specifically ClickUp
  • Strong ability to organize and manage multi-person, multi-departmental schedules
  • Experience using project management and workflow software to track projects from initiation to completion
  • Working knowledge of creative and production processes, including video, digital, social media, and graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate constructively across departments
  • Experience facilitating and documenting structured brainstorming sessions
