Position Overview: The Washington Capitals are looking for positive and motivated individuals who are passionate about gaining membership service experience with a professional sports organization. This position is responsible for supporting the Membership Services department with all Capitals home games.

Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with full-time Membership Services staff in the execution of game night duties.
  • Assist with set up and breakdown of Membership Services areas including VIP seat setup and breakdown.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Assist in the distribution of giveaway items.
  • Respond to fan and season-ticket member inquiries regarding the Capital One Arena, ticket plans and the Washington Capitals.
  • Be familiar with season-ticket member benefits and events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a dynamic work environment.
  • Hardworking, detail oriented, and results driven.
  • Strong leadership skills while being a great teammate who enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Flexibility to work most Capitals home games on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
  • Requires prolonged standing and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
