What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. You will be responsible for supporting the Youth Programs marketing efforts for the Salt Lake Bees. You will execute the strategic marketing plan, with key objectives to drive fan attendance at the ballpark and grow participation in youth programs.

The Youth Programs Intern will:
  • Attend all Salt Lake Bees home games (Approximately 75 games per season)
  • Promote and sell memberships to the Salt Lake Bees Kids Club
  • Assist youth program marketing activations at youth, high school, and collegiate events
  • Work with recreation groups to promote the Junior Bees program
  • Assist in ticket voucher redemption process
  • Answer inquiries and questions regarding Bees vouchers
  • Fulfill jersey and supply orders for Junior Bees groups
  • Be a student, be a teacher, be a leader 
  • Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture, and be respectful
  • Demonstrate world-class customer service and if you don’t directly interact with the customer, support those that do 
  • Exemplify the company values: Stewardship, Hard Work, Integrity, Service
  • Other Duties as assigned

  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends & holidays

  • Skilled problem analysis, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays and nights
  • Must be able to manage moderate to high levels of stress
 

What is the wage?
The wage is $14.00/hour.

 

Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (March-September) part-time position. Must be able to start on or before the first week of March 2026.
