What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable sports brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans!
The Tickets & Premium Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the selling of season ticket memberships, selling and servicing of partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, non-gameday events and other Miller Sports + Entertainment properties via phone calls, appointments, networking events and arena/ballpark tours. Essential to this role is the ability to be organized, prospect, sale and manage multiple accounts effectively while in a fast paced, fun environment. Additionally, we expect this role to lead out on different sales initiatives, staff training, and innovation among the entire Ticketing Department. The Tickets Premium Account Executive champions the company’s Mission and Vision and models the company Values.
The position will:
- Manage and keep detailed notes of all customer accounts within our CRM, Salesforce
- Manage and organize accounts within our ticketing system, Ticketmaster
- Sell Season Ticket Memberships for the Salt Lake Bees
- Sell, Service & Renew Groups and Corporate Events for the Bees and MSE properties
- Sell Premium Seating and club spaces
- Sell, Service Non-gameday events at Daybreak Field and additional revenue opportunities through MSE
properties - Provide outstanding customer service
- Build a network of clientele and grow it every year
- Perform gameday responsibilities such as entertaining clients and fulfilling commitments of FEPs
- Maintain & Grow industry standard sales & service skills

What are the requirements of the Job?

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required
- 1 or more year of sales experience preferred
- Ability to work all home games and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
- Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Able to observe, inspect, estimate and asses
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Combination of standard business hours and game hours. Must be able to work 4 days in office (Sandy, UT) with one remote flex day option per week (typically Friday).
