What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans! You will be responsible for the planning and execution of game presentation, enhancing fan experience at the ballpark, and fulfilling sponsorships. This includes strategic contestant selection, interacting with fans, executing promotions, and working closely with other members of the Promotional Team, On Field Host, and Marketing Department.

The position will:
- Attend pregame meeting.
- Show case professional presence that contributes to overall experience at the ballpark.
- Assist with pregame, in game, and postgame game presentation duties.
- Strategically select contestants for on-field promotions.
- Interact with fans, helping to enhance game day experience.
- Plan and execute on-field promotions.
- Effectively communicate with team members and contestants.
- Work directly with Promotional Team, On Field Host, Marketing Team, and Mascot.
- Assist with setting up camera shots.
- Assist with giveaways and outside events.
- Represent the Salt Lake Bees at off-site events throughout the year
- Other duties as assigned

- Attend a minimum of 75% of Bees home games.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and align with organizational goals.
- Passion for game day presentation and enhancing overall fan experience.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and operate in stressful situations.
- Passion for working within the sports industry.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude with fans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled problem analysis, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
- Must be willing and able to participate in the produce race; ability to run in mascot uniform
- Must be available for a minimum of 75% of Bees home games (approximately 75 homes games) and for various appearances throughout the community as scheduled.
What is the wage?
The wage is $15.00/hour.
