What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. The Premium Seating Host is responsible for providing world-class premium service and delivering unique benefits and experiences to Salt Lake Bees premium ticket holders. The Premium Seating Host is responsible for greeting, directing, and seating guests. They create positive and impactful interactions throughout the entire Salt Lake Bees season. Essential to this role is the ability to be positive, friendly and provide top-tier customer service to all members of the premium spaces within the Ballpark.

The position will:
  • Protect the moral, legal, and financial assets and wellbeing of the company.

  • Ensure your assigned area is properly prepared and ready for the arrival of guests
  • Verify and scan tickets, and direct guests to their designated premium space
  • Initiate contact with our guests by warmly welcoming them as they arrive for pre-game dinner and in- game amenities
  • Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns as they arise
  • Own the experience that you create for our guests
  • Create noteworthy moments for our guests that help create lasting memories
  • Find a way to always get to “yes”
  • Assist in the servicing of Premium Seat guests during Bees home games
  • Participate in on-going training
  • Work a majority of Bees home games (75 home games)
  • Act as an experience ambassador by creating noteworthy moments, welcoming our guests, and handing out swag around the ballpark before and during the game
  • Support the building of a diverse culture that enriches the lives of our employees, customers, partners and communities

What are the requirements of the Job?
We want to give our guests the best sporting experience possible. To do this, our jobs demand reliability, positivity, and hard work. We believe you have what it takes to make a great impact! 

  • Customer service experience highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to work the majority of home games (75) and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to empathize with, and respond effectively to, guests’ needs
  • Ability to pay close attention to details 
  • Ability to solve problems with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and retention
  • Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situations
  • Outdoor tasks to guide and assist guests as they arrive to the Ballpark
 

What is the wage?
The position pays $18/hour.


Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (March - September) Part-time position.
