What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. The Fan Experience Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Ticketing & Premium and Membership staff by leading out on in-game fan experiences at the Ballpark at America First Square. This role will be responsible for operational set up inside the Ballpark as it pertains to the Ticketing & Premium and Membership teams. Additionally, we expect this role to help manage the staff working the fan experience spaces i.e. the kid’s train, Bumble’s House and the putting green.

  • Manage and assist the staff assigned to each fan experience space
  • Manage the set up of ticketing & premium spaces and in-game offers
  • Assist in servicing season ticket memberships
  • Assist in the scheduling of game day Fan Experience Hosts
  • Assist in fulfillment of corporate groups and non-gameday events
  • Assist in fulfillment of Premium spaces during Bees home games and non-gameday events
  • Help with setup, load in and out for square plaza events for the Ballpark at America First Square
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain & Grow industry standard sales & service skills
  • Participate in on-going training

What are the requirements of the Job?
We want to give our guests the best sporting experience possible. To do this, our jobs demand reliability, positivity, and hard work. We believe you have what it takes to make a great impact! 

  • Seeking or have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university 
  • 1 or more year of sales or operational experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work the majority of home games (75) and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to empathize with, and respond effectively to, guests’ needs
  • Ability to pay close attention to details 
  • Ability to solve problems with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and retention
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor for external representation.
  • Familiarity with the sports + entertainment industry
  • Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
  • Must be able work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.

What is the wage?
The position pays $18/hour.

 
Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (Begins February 3, 2026;Ends September/October 2026), Full-time (At least 29 hours+/week) position.
