What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. You will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to guests as they arrive for events within The Ballpark at America First Square. You will assist guests with parking availability, purchases and validating parking at Bees games and other events at America First Square. This is a seasonal part-time, hourly position. The position may work on game nights, weekends and/or weekdays as needed

You will:
  • Exemplify the company values of Stewardship, Integrity, Hard Work, and Service
  • Act as a representative of the Salt Lake Bees, at all times, by your attitude, demeanor, and willingness to provide quality guest service
  • Manage the parking lot set up/tear down for each event
  • Organize and direct parking staff to their positions and ensure they have the proper functioning equipment
  • Support parking staff to ensure they effectively communicate with guests, clients, vendors and other personnel via verbal and nonverbal forms of communication
  • Monitor traffic and adjust staffing to ensure effective flow to each lot
  • Acquire a working knowledge of the ticketing system  
  • Assist with box office day-to-day duties such as ticket selling, order fulfillment, returns and refunds. 
  • Assist in building events, plans, offers, ticket types, price codes, etc
  • Monitor and respond to our guests feedback through our NPS/Survey platform
  • Assist with events at the Ballpark and America First Square
  • Provide outstanding customer service

What are the requirements of the Job?
We want to give our guests the best sporting experience possible. To do this, our jobs demand reliability, positivity, and hard work. We believe you have what it takes to make a great impact! 

  • Seeking or have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university 
  • 1 or more year of sales or operational experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work the majority of home games (75) and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to empathize with, and respond effectively to, guests’ needs
  • Ability to pay close attention to details 
  • Ability to solve problems with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and retention
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor for external representation.
  • Familiarity with the sports + entertainment industry
  • Ability to handle guest service issues including refunds and exchanges
  • Ability to calm dissatisfied guests through empathetic dialog
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions
  • Must use hands to handle, grasp or reach with hands and arms
  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess
  • This person must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • This person must be able to lift 25 lbs.

What is the wage?
The wage is $20.00/hour.


Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (March-September) full-time position. Must be able to start first week of March 2026 for training.
