What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable sports + entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting impact for our guests and partners! 

The Sr. Videographer is responsible for curating content that illustrates the values, ideals, aspirations of the assigned MSE properties through digital marketing. This includes social media, marketing, in-stadium and other external branding for the Salt Lake Bees, Utah Royals, Real Salt Lake, America First Field, Zions Bank Real Academy facility, the Real Monarchs, the Real Salt Lake Academy, sponsors and partners, players, staff, and front office personnel. The Sr. Videographer will be required to attend live events and produce a variety of content & material for our vast array of entities.

The position will:
  • Protect the moral, legal, and financial assets and wellbeing of the company.

  • Produce video & media material for digital, social media, marketing & in-stadium platforms and partners.
  • Produce team, staff, and stadium media materials for facility & event purposes, as well as professional league purposes
  • Produce media material in coordination with the VP of Marketing and senior advisors.
  • Produce media material in coordination with sponsorships and club partners to maximize exposure & benefits for all vested interests.
  • Manage the work assignments of junior content media staff (Salt Lake Bees, Utah Soccer, etc.)
  • Rotate travel with junior videographers to away Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals matches. 
  • Film Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals matches, create recaps, and oversee video match day content across both teams.

What are the requirements of the Job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of the professional sports landscape, including game operations and league content standards.
  • Demonstrated experience creating digital video and multimedia content for a professional or collegiate sports team, athletic department, or sports organization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and professional photo/video equipment.
  • Experience capturing live game action, training environments, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media content trends, fan engagement strategies, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, partnerships, and communications teams.
  • A positive attitude and sense of humor — we appreciate creativity, personality, and a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong reliability, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and efficient with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to produce professional-grade content under tight timelines across multiple companies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to stand, bend, walk, climb stairs, and sit for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and more than 50 pounds occasionally. 
  • This person must be able to work long hours and be available as business requires (including holidays, nights and weekends).
  • This person must be able to manage moderate to high levels of stress.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain SafeSport Certification.
