What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable sports + entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting impact for our guests and partners! 

The Director of Marketing - Paid Media, Social Media & Influencers is responsible for supporting key business and marketing objectives for Miller Sports + Entertainment’s Paid Media, Social Media and Influencer marketing channels across all MSE properties. The role orchestrates full-funnel campaigns that blend performance marketing with storytelling—turning moments, events and talent into culturally relevant content that grows audiences and deepens fan and guest connection. Must be able to balance the analytical rigor of performance marketing with the creative storytelling. Will drive acquisition, engagement and revenue. The Director of Marketing - Paid Media, Social Media & Influencers will champion the company’s Mission and Vision and models the company Values.

The position will:

  • Protect the moral, legal, and financial assets of the LHM Group of Companies.
  • This key role will lead the charge in defining and executing the strategy, monitoring performance and helping to increase brand awareness.
  • Ability to translate complex data into a "brand story" that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • A natural ability to use data, intuition, and creativity to make business decisions.
  • Own the holistic media budget and allocation strategy across the properties.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic.
  • Oversee the data stack and attribution modeling to ensure clear visibility into channel performance.
  • Proven track record of managing in-house buying teams (rather than just overseeing agencies).
  • Set the vision for our organic social identity, ensuring high engagement and brand affinity.
  • Partner with the Influencer Marketing Team to ensure strategy and creative briefs align with business objectives.
  • Support Influencer Marketing Team events.
  • Develop and manage social media strategy, resources and timelines; optimize resources effectively across content creation and amplification to meet goals.
  • Spearhead market and industry research to inform social media and other strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a junior team to support the overall team mission and objectives

  • Proven experience analyzing large volumes of data with an ability to identify patterns, actionable recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social, Slate and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working under pressure, assessing multiple demands, and managing priorities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively  under pressure, assessing multiple demands, working and collaboratively as a leader on the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What is the wage?
We aim to hire at a level that allows for meaningful salary growth as you thrive in your role. We generally offer a starting rate that reflects your current expertise while leaving plenty of room for future advancement. It is not usual to be hired near the top of a posted range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $80,000-110,000.
