he Director of Marketing is responsible for supporting key business objectives and the overarching marketing objectives of Megaplex Theatres. This role will be primarily responsible for the expansion and growth of all loyalty, subscription, and other customer programs as well as growing Megaplex's customer base. This role will also be responsible for Megaplex’s studio marketing partnerships and will lead out on all studio partner communication, marketing strategy, and campaign management. In addition to overseeing Megaplex’s marketing, the role leads our MSE in-house paid media team in developing and executing high-impact, data-driven strategies across all paid channels (search, social, programmatic and emerging media). You will be responsible for managing MSE’s paid media budget and ensuring every dollar spent contributes to measurable business growth and ROI.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, loyalty sign-ups, and increased revenue.
- Promote our studio partnership marketing program by identifying partnerships, creating marketing proposals, and creating detailed post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to design partnership marketing campaign deliverables, including email, social media, paid media, web & app, in-theatre placements, digital signage, etc.
- Design and oversee integrated media plans across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Programmatic platforms
- Develop full-funnel strategies that balance brand awareness with performance-driven acquisition and retention.
- Lead the "test-and-learn" culture, overseeing A/B testing for creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage and forecast monthly/annual budgets, ensuring efficient pacing and resource allocation
- Present high-level performance insights and "the story behind the data" to key stakeholders.
- Work with the VP of Marketing to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies, loyalty and subscription programs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute loyalty and subscription strategies and tactics.
- Define and deliver programs that engage and grow existing customers.
- Cultivate and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs globally. Identify and evaluate new product development and/or portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc
- Influence marketing investment decisions through analysis, forecasting, and reporting for each of Megaplex’s digital marketing channels.
- Present insights and data-driven recommendations via data visualization tools.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
What are the requirements of the Job?

- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field of study. MBA graduate preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience with marketing campaigns, strategy, and marketing channel management.
- Proficient in and with data visualization, presentations, building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Familiar with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Proven experience analyzing large volumes of data with an ability to identify patterns, actionable recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working under pressure, assessing multiple demands, and managing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain a customer-oriented focus
