We are a full-service agency dedicated to professional baseball players. Our in-house staff provides a wide-array of services to our clients including contract negotiation and arbitration preparation, tax preparation and financial management, athlete marketing and digital branding, charitable event management and public relations, and more.  We are seeking interns to support our athlete marketing division and day-to-day client operations.
  • Conduct regular research on the sports industry including athlete marketing trends, amateur and  professional baseball schedules and statistics, and daily sports news
  • Conduct research for regional marketing endorsement opportunities including team sponsors and local  businesses focused on the sports space
  • Make outbound sales phone calls (generate leads, follow-up, cold calls, etc)
  • Assist memorabilia department with trading card logistics and seeking autograph signing opportunities
  • Develop ideas for athlete partnerships and participate in team meetings and creative sessions
  • Identify new brands and research contacts to secure trade and gifting opportunities
  • Monitor client and comparable athlete social media platforms
  • Create copy and assist in content creation for client or company social media platforms
  • Assist in creating client presentations, brand proposals and other marketing materials
  • Develop graphics for company and client content (if comfortable with graphic design)
  • Other tasks as assigned by agents, attorneys, media, and additional staff including but not limited to client relocation services, fulfilling concierge requests
  • Possess strong knowledge of latest trends in sports business and social media
  • Interested in a career in sports business with a strong knowledge of baseball and current MLB players
  • Must be an excellent communicator through verbal, written and presentations skills
  • Possess excellent research skills
  • Comfortable with cold calls
  • Conduct strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign a plus
