ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage relationships across the Legends College division with clients, industry peers, partnership leaders and internal stakeholders relative to division updates, corporate initiatives, employee promotions, and overall team culture.
  • Oversee and lead multiple partnerships in which include client management, property leaders, variety of Legends College employees across our different business units, to help service ticketing, marketing, premium, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Create and manage multiple performance, expense, and projection budgets to ensure we are achieving the overall financial goals of our partnership.
  • Recruit, hire, and train dynamic additions to the Legends College team as opportunities are presented.
  • Proven leadership skills used to identify key internal personnel and drive the pursuit efforts forward while maintaining the ultimate needs of the client.
  • Develop investigation and research skills to uncover new opportunities for area or company growth for Legends College.
  • Generate new business by ensuring we are represented in new business pitches.
  • Manage the business development collateral creation, including: C-level presentations, state of the art proposals, custom ROI analysis, and long-form agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal Legends corporate departments (Marketing/Creative, IT, HR, Legal, Finance, etc.), while serving as a central communication stakeholder for the Legends College division
  • Other duties as assigned. 
QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 9 years of key leadership experience spanning across multiple teams and revenue streams.
  • Experience working on transformational projects and initiatives preferably in the ticketing sports and entertainment industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development and strategic analysis experience, preferably in the ticketing sports and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new account business.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills; able to tell compelling stories and be a persuasive presenter.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to initiate and develop personal and professional relationships in the industry.
  • Proven leadership skills used to identify key internal personnel and drive the pursuit efforts forward while maintaining the ultimate needs of the Legends.
  • Strong personal and Legends branding skills.
  • Will be required to travel.
