THE ROLE

As a Strategy Analyst within the Global Sales team, you'll contribute to the development of strategic plans, craft strategic recommendations and financial models for new business and support new business onboarding efforts and ensure success for our clients. 

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various business groups and end-users to identify, document, and communicate business processes effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Leverage data analytics, strategic frameworks and sales strategies to support customer development plans including lead scoring, prospecting, and retention strategies.
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Respond to new business RFPs by gathering necessary information and contributing to proposal development.
  • Support financial model development to assess and optimize sales strategies and business deal structures.
  • Undertake ad hoc special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

 To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 3-5 years of operational experience in strategy, data analytics, research & insights, or management consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in any Business field is required; MBA or other specialized business master's degree preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to professional growth.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization, efficiency, and composure under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and passion for working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary range $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
