THE ROLE   

The Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for effectively managing the sales software systems for The Star in Frisco and AT&T Stadium. The Sales Analyst should be a professional, team focused, positive individual. The Sales Analyst will work under the guidance of the Director of Sales at each respective property.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  •  Manage and remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to consistently improve USI and SRO systems
  •  Manage processes and tracking tools to improve cross-department business functions and effectively communicate upward and downward within the organization
  •  Create, implement, and oversee all data input and management processes to track sales opportunities, lost business, and overall pipeline
  •  Execute excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, with an emphasis on task management and meeting deadlines
  •  Manage system and periodic accounts clean up and reorganization to ensure accuracy of data
  •  Provide systems support and create training manual, dashboards and sales tools for individual sales representatives
  •  Coordinate planning, execution, and tracking of ROI from promotional events and conferences geared towards prospecting and retaining clients
  •  Research and input prospecting reports reflecting trends in the market, new businesses in the area, valuable potential clients, etc.
  •  Create system reports for daily, weekly and monthly sales and financial tracking
  •  Self-starter with ability to network and create relationships while working efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
  •  Training sales coordinators on basic system management, data input, and marketing/collateral needs
  •  Underback and SRO management
  •  Lead tracking and revenue reporting
  •  Turnover process
  •  Receive and input all leads into system
  •  Track and organize finances

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, or Finance
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing analytics experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Experience with CRM highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality and work well within a team environment.
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations.
