THE ROLE   

Role leader will oversee the establishing and development of purchasing/supply chain systems at our stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, food halls, attraction sites, etc.   As Regional Director of Procurement, role will include focus of new location and key event management of policies and procedures – oversee and guide location adherence to established and newly created specifications.  Additionally, the position will require high level leadership of buying, warehouse management, payables assistance, and inventory control management conduct.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  •  Reviewer of ordering conduct, spend management, synchronized purveyor/items utilization, and auditing processes.
  •  Menu development assistance via market pricing and availability guidance.
  •  Warehouse conduct and development leader to ensure accurate receiving practices, safe storage, and correct distribution practices are adhered.
  •  Annual analysis of location, region, and Company level expectations are met.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Qualified candidates should have ten years procurement experience, preferably within the food and beverage field.
  • Multi-location procurement oversite.
  • Procurement and inventory management system expertise.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region.
