Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is hiring full-time and part-time Dishwasher positions in the Spurs Club.

The Role

Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

The Spurs Club will be the first-of-its-kind in the NBA, featuring multiple bars, fine dining, lounge and personal workspace all with private elevator access and exclusive views of the Spurs practice courts.

Responsibilities:
Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.  Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Wash all china, glass, silverware, pots and pans.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, mixers, etc.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in the kitchen daily.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the restaurant, as needed.

Qualifications
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.  Ability to lift and carry between 10-50 pounds.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
