THE ROLE

Responsible for mentoring and advising a team of account managers, as well as owning client relationships and the project management of digital advertising campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers
  • Refine the department-wide account management process
  • Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives
  • Manage campaign launch timelines
  • Organize media plans, creative and copy
  • Send insertion orders and track budgets in Salesforce
  • Provide reports and updates to clients
  • Lead status calls and campaign recap presentations
  • Assist the business development team
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate, communicate and share best practices across the organization
  • Cooperatively take on other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 6-10 years of client-facing account experience related to paid social, programmatic media, or paid search
  • Salesforce experience
  • Organized
  • Desire to serve and interface with clients
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as self-manage under deadlines
  • Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed
