Known for its premium food and beverage offerings, the Maryland Club provides game-day service to suites, a high-end all-inclusive feast in the club, and an upscale private social club environment. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional and unforgettable dining experience, both on and off game days.
THE ROLE
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, this individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day culinary operations of the Maryland Club. This includes overseeing game-day service for suites and the all-inclusive feast, as well as handling culinary execution for private events. The Culinary Supervisor will ensure top-quality food preparation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. They will assist in menu development, supervise staff, and ensure smooth kitchen operations under the Executive Chef’s guidance.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing duties, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands and arms to handle kitchen equipment. The employee must be able to stoop, lift, and transport food and kitchen items weighing up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
