Administrative Assistant Role: 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Input weekly staff schedule into scheduling system (ABI).
  • Communicate with staff on availability for events.
  • Oversee the staff check-in process for assigned department on game/event day.
  • Assist with entering gratuities and any missed punches into ABI.
  • Create BEOs and other event day documentation. 

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
  • Customer Service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Mush be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Must be able to work in a team environment. 
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours in a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators.
  • Must be available for all Raymond James Stadium Events
  • Follow and encourage team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
  • Report all safety incidents to management on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
