Our portfolio of IT includes business technology, venue technology, data services, mobile technology, e-commerce, payment processing, and point of sale (POS) systems.  To support these, the individual in this role will need to be adept at supporting both physical and virtual environments.

The scope of our infrastructure is vast; we currently operate throughout North America, the UK and Europe, but are forever growing into new regions.  These locations range from corporate offices to medium-sized sports arenas and attractions to very large stadiums. This role will be expected to measure and show that we meet our internal Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and that our solution partners meet their Service Level Agreements (SLAs), all the while maintaining a strong position on operational security and compliance.
