Nature of Work:
The Finance & Operations employee will support the organization by compiling reports, streamlining processes through automation, and assisting in data-driven financial decision-making. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency, making it ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop practical skills in a dynamic business environment.
Examples of work performed:
- Report Compilation & Analysis
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business reviews and strategic planning.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data presentation and reporting formats.
- Support the development and testing of automated workflows to improve reporting and data handling efficiency.
- Financial Decision Support
- Conduct basic financial modeling and scenario analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to provide insights
- Administrative & Project Support
- Maintain documentation of processes, tools, and reporting templates.
- Support ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing presentations or summaries.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- High School or GED
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation:
Base hourly rate $25.00 per hour
