Nature of Work:
The Sr. Multimedia Editor supports the In-Fisherman brand with all types of media creation with a heavy focus on videography and photography.  This role will manage the full process of creating, editing, and distributing multi-media content on various online and linear platforms. Will work with multiple internal departments to ensure content is published in a frequent, consistent, and timely manner.

Examples of work performed:
Creation of video shorts for distribution on website and various social platforms with an emphasis on YouTube
Exceptional videography skills
Proficient with video editing software such as Final Cut X, iMovie, or Adobe Premier
Photography creation for print and digital
Knowledge of content management systems
Experience with SEO is a plus
Experience with YouTube organization, shorts, playlists and best practices
Ability to travel to various fishing destinations throughout the year
Extensive fishing and boating experience is a must
Possible on-air talent as part of the In-Fisherman team to educate viewers
Create and manage an editorial calendar and consistent flow of video uploads to the brand’s social media and YouTube
Drone and underwater photography and videography is a plus
Ability to write compelling fishing and marine content is a plus

Qualifications:
Minimum
BS/BA degree in field or related field
5+ years’ experience in field
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred
Certified drone pilot
Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.


Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A strong passion and deep knowledge of fishing
Strong knowledge of web and YouTube publishing
Experience with SEO maximization
Exceptionally talented videography and editing skills
Proficient with video editing software (Final Cut X, Adobe Premier, iMovie)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments


Compensation:
Base Salary Range:  $80,000
