Nature of Work:
The Sr. Graphic Designer in Outdoor Sportsman Group’s marketing organization is a key creative professional that helps implement the OSG brands across print and digital mediums. This is a critical role as it is the branding engine and key driver of success with both B2C and B2B audiences.
This Sr. Graphic Design position is full-time remote role, working daily in a team approach with the Executive Director Brand Marketing & Solutions, Marketing Solutions Manager, Art Director, and additional Designers on a variety of projects and assignments. Assignments primarily come directly from in-house clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with well-developed critical thinking skills who can process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise.
Examples of work performed:
- Creates unique, high-end, high-impact marketing pieces including but not limited to print campaigns, both static and animated web banners, logos, posters, PPT decks, signage, premiums, and all collateral.
- Ensures brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Identifies photos for marketing projects.
- Completes projects with creativity and attention to detail.
- Provides conceptual input for marketing projects.
- Organizes, catalogues, and maintains online image library of shows/talent/relevant brand assets.
- Participates in creative brainstorming sessions, offering ideas, feedback, and insight.
- Proofreads all projects, aiming for an error-free final product.
- Pushes the envelope creatively by seeking innovative ways to promote the brands.
- Communicates effectively and regularly to develop concepts.
- Keeps up to date with industry developments.
- Reviews freelance designers drafts to ensure quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Minimum
- Four-year related degree and a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate and PowerPoint in a Mac environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for communication.
- Proficient in designing both large and small PowerPoint deck design.
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.
- Proven time management, organizational, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation:
- Base salary range $55,000 - $70,000 per annum
