Nature of Work:
The Sales/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales/marketing department in the inception (proposals)–execution-recap of broadcast/digital marketing campaigns across KSE Radio (Altitude KKSE, Mix 100 KIMN and KOOL 105 KXKL) /Digital. This position will also be expected to work closely with Advertisers (clients), Traffic / Continuity, Programming, Promotions and when appropriate KSE TV, Sponsorship, Ticket Sales etc. This position will require a good communicator with keen attention to detail, creativity and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a positive team-work mentality.
Examples of work performed:
- Support and assist the department including the VP of Sales, all Directors, Managers and Account Executives.
- Assist the National Sales Manager pulling spot times, invoices, additional Wide Orbit tasks and traffic.
- Work closely with KSE sales, programming & promotional departments to develop & update department client proposals primarily in Power Point as well as recap client (advertiser) campaigns in a timely manner.
- Act as department liaison and work closely with multiple KSE departments including, but not limited to: Programming, Promotions, Traffic, Marketing, Creative, Community Relations & Business Intelligence.
- Track sales inventory including but not limited to commercial inventory, programming features, autographed and other specialty items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful sales campaigns and contest strategies.
- Help arrange, attend, and assist in creating agenda for weekly team and leadership meetings.
- Help with various traffic department projects – this position will be the back up to the back up the traffic department.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
- Preferred
- Experience working in Wide Orbit Traffic Software
- Experience working in media and/or team sports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint Word and Excel

Compensation
- Base hourly range $23- $27 per hour
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
