Nature of Work:
Altitude Sports is looking for a talented junior level promo editor/producer to join our Creative Services team. The Promo Editor/Producer I position will create compelling content to promote Altitude games and programming for broadcast and digital.
Examples of work performed:
- Produce, write, and edit topical spots to promote pro and college game broadcasts on Altitude Sports, including Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth, Denver Pioneers, and Air Force Falcons
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of promo content for broadcast
- Create video content to support Creative Services requests from other KSE departments, sponsors, and affiliates.
- Generate creative concepts for promo content to meet promotional goals.
- Use digital library and media asset management system.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
- High School or GED
- Demonstrated proficiency as a video editor using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software – applicants must provide a reel or samples of previous editing work to be considered for the position.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in media production or related field
- 1+ years professional video editing experience
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient skill with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software with strong knowledge of editing techniques. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects a plus.
- Knowledge of pro sports and KSE teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to work with both Mac and Windows OS environments.
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments.
Compensation:
- Base hourly range $21.63 per hour
