You are a strategic driver of the brand bringing clarity, organization, and direction to creative initiatives from planning to execution. This role blends big-picture vision with precise project management, ensuring the brand’s identity, voice, and values are consistently represented across every platform and campaign.
From marketing campaigns and digital initiatives to partnerships, gameday activations, and community programming, you connect ideas, teams, and timelines. You bring structure to creativity by managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and aligning stakeholders, while pushing innovative thinking that elevates the club’s presence and impact.
You play a key leadership role in shaping how the brand is executed and experienced organizing projects, coordinating cross-department collaboration, and helping guide strategic decisions. You work closely with Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Soccer Operations, and Community Impact & Fan Development to create a clear, unified, and powerful brand presence on and off the field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creative Project Management & Workflow Ownership: Oversee day-to-day management of creative projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and approvals stay on track. Build structured workflows and communication systems that keep the team organized, informed, and efficient.
- AI Tools & Process Innovation: Research, implement and manage AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance creative efficiency, asset management, and ideation. Train the team on best practices, monitor effectiveness, and continually identify new technologies that improve productivity and output quality.
- Brand Strategy & Alignment: Ensure all creative projects adhere to brand standards, visual identity, and strategic goals. Work with design leadership to maintain clarity of brand voice, visual guidelines, and storytelling direction across campaigns, digital platforms, and gameday content.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the central point of communication between the Creative, Marketing Operations, Revenue (Ticketing + Partnerships), Soccer Operations, Media, and Community Impact & Fan Development departments. Translate project needs into clear deliverables, timelines, and expectations while ensuring departmental priorities remain aligned.
- Gameday Creative Coordination: Support gameday creative operations by organizing assignment schedules.
- Asset & Resource Management: Oversee project documentation, file organization, AI-assisted tagging, and archival systems to ensure creative assets are accessible, up to date, and properly stored. Maintain budget awareness for freelancers, tools, and production needs.
- Team Enablement & Development: Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, editors and interns to provide clear project expectations, feedback, and workflow guidance. Foster a positive team environment built on communication, collaboration, and continual learning.
- Strategic Problem Solving & Ownership: Anticipate challenges before they disrupt timelines, develop solutions, and recommend process improvements that elevate team productivity. Maintain responsibility for meeting deadlines, managing approvals, and ensuring final deliverables meet brand, legal, and creative standards.
- Shoot Logistics: Collaborate to plan and organize video and photo shoots with players and talent.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Typical office conditions
- Ability to work nights, weekends, including standing at sporting or other events for extended periods of time
- Occasional travel to other markets for match coverage and networking.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional, collegiate, and/or media related sales and management experience
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards

Compensation:
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000.00
