Nature of Work:
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual who will provide production coordination support for all areas of Broadcast Video Production in the control room.
 
Examples of work performed:
  • Work with post-production, game presentation, marketing, and partnership marketing staff to make sure all videos, logos and graphics are correct, complete & ready for target game day.
  • Comfortable in a broadcast control room environment.
  • Ensure that all videos and graphics are loaded into appropriate equipment & tested prior to game night. 
  • Support editorial, graphics & studio staff as needed.
  • Provide assistance to Videographer for ENG shoots as needed. 
  • Assist Production Manager with organization, management & archival of all content.
  • Ability to learn new programs and equipment.
  • Must be organized, motivated, and work well within a team.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Game night production.
  • Work close with broadcast engineers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum
    • College degree or certification equivalent to a degree.
    • 1-2 years of experience working in a broadcast control room.
    • 1 year of experience working with Ross Xpression.
    • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Productions like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Must be able to supply three references with application.
    • Must have a driver's license or the ability to obtain one upon hire
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    • 1-2 years working with Adobe Products such as Premier Pro and Media Encoder.
    • 1 year of experience working with video production equipment, such as cameras and lights.
    • Basic Knowledge of Video Codecs, and how they are used within a broadcast environment.

Compensation:
  • Base is $23.10 per hour
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
