Nature of Work:
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual who will provide production coordination support for all areas of Broadcast Video Production in the control room.
Examples of work performed:
- Work with post-production, game presentation, marketing, and partnership marketing staff to make sure all videos, logos and graphics are correct, complete & ready for target game day.
- Comfortable in a broadcast control room environment.
- Ensure that all videos and graphics are loaded into appropriate equipment & tested prior to game night.
- Support editorial, graphics & studio staff as needed.
- Provide assistance to Videographer for ENG shoots as needed.
- Assist Production Manager with organization, management & archival of all content.
- Ability to learn new programs and equipment.
- Must be organized, motivated, and work well within a team.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Game night production.
- Work close with broadcast engineers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
- College degree or certification equivalent to a degree.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a broadcast control room.
- 1 year of experience working with Ross Xpression.
- 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Productions like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Must be able to supply three references with application.
- Must have a driver's license or the ability to obtain one upon hire
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- 1-2 years working with Adobe Products such as Premier Pro and Media Encoder.
- 1 year of experience working with video production equipment, such as cameras and lights.
- Basic Knowledge of Video Codecs, and how they are used within a broadcast environment.

Compensation:
- Base is $23.10 per hour
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
