Nature of Work:
Works closely with Sales Operations, Production and Activation on the execution of client creative assets on media, streaming and various TV visible arena assets. The role requires accuracy, responsiveness, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure campaigns are executed and delivered according to client and agency expectations.
 
Examples of work performed:
  • Manage, create and maintain inventory execution grids for Ball Arena and sporting. These grids include, but are not limited to, digital arena boards, dasher boards, on-ice/in-field logos, courtside/stanchion signage, Stadium Vision & element grids for Altitude
  • Create end-of-season recap reports for all clients with building signage elements
  • Prepare and maintain sales presentations, one-sheets, and sponsorship recap decks.
  • Work with Altitude creative team to help develop local and national mockups for pitches & complete on-air execution
  • Gather all creative assets including logos and taglines for clients for on air execution
  • Build element logs in Wide Orbit for master control
  • Review all discrepancy reports from Altitude to make sure all elements aired in game and troubleshoot when necessary
  • Cut/Edit proof of performance for all new element assets or as requested
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the department’s game night signage needs as well as assisting in presentation collateral, contract processes, partner digital executions, and inventory management to help the team build, implement and maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact renewal and revenue goals.
  • Managing all virtual in-game inventory (TV/Sponsorship)
  • Serve as the Colorado Avalanche Contact in NHL hub for all Virtual LOS Guidelines
  • Proficient with CRM and managing inventory
  • Manage element inventory and work with EVP and Sales Operation team on available inventory for branded sponsorships
  • Coordinate with the Traffic Department to confirm element placement, timing, and advertiser creative materials.
  • Work alongside NBA, NHL and NLL, ALT representatives to ensure that specs and elements are up to date and specific league contracts are executed
  • Coordinate with Nuggets/Avs Marketing on available inventory to include their messaging in game broadcasts
  • Support the Sales Operations Team and Activation in assisting with various components of their accounts as needed
  • Support Altitude+ DAI streaming team as creative assets become available with expansion of Altitude +
  • Support Account Directors as needed
  • Provide backup support to the sales support team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum
    • BS/BA degree in Sales or Marketing or related field
    • 6+ months’ experience in Media Sales or related field
    • Professional, collegiate, and/or sports media related sales/production experience
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
 
  • Preferred
    • Previous media traffic or related work experience
    • Experience with Wide Orbit
    • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation:
  • Base salary range: $26.44 - $31.25
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
