Nature of Work:

The Manager, Contracts and Operations position works within General Production/Winnercomm and the Programming Sales Department in managing expense tracking, contracting and invoicing, as well as media kit and newsletter delivery for third-party producers.

 

Examples of work performed:

  • Manages and administers contracts and invoicing for all projects and operations: including intercompany agreements and independent contractor agreements and invoicing.
  • Tracks expenses monthly.
  • Manages the coding of invoices and other expenses relating to each project.
  • Coordinates commercial and sponsor rotations for programming and production.
  • Tracks, organizes and delivers rating information to our producers .
  • Analyzes the ratings information.
  • Organizes, produces and delivers the Program Sales Media Kit as well as the Newsletter.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1. BS/BA degree in field or related field 
    2. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    1. Certification or additional degree
    2. Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range $45,000 - $55,000
