Nature of Work:
The Team Operation Coordinator assists with lacrosse operations duties for the Colorado Mammoth.
Examples of work performed:
- Work with General Manager, Team Administration & Operations Manager & Coaching Staff on seasonal and weekend scheduling
- Coordinate/Book team practices for home and away games for the pre-season, regular season and playoffs
- Asist players who move to Denver moving into and out of their apartments.
- Work with General Manger and Graphics Design team on designing and ordering Team Jerseys/Shorts/Helmet Decals
- Work with General Manager on purchasing and then oversee maintenance of all equipment, apparel, practice and team uniforms
- Handle all the packing needs required for travel, including game jerseys, extra equipment and coaching needs.
- Work with conversion and arena operations staff to address any issues with lacrosse goals, turf, dressing rooms or team benches
- Complete weekly laundry needs for players and team staff.
- Assisting players during each game with any equipment or other needs. As well as team trainer, strength coach and coaching staff.
- Assist coaching staff during film sessions.
- Perform game day responsibilities for both home and away games:
- Coordinate with our Head of Sports Performance to confirm we have snacks and drinks for all home and away games.
- Set up both home and away locker rooms at Ball Arena for gamedays.
- Supply all essentials per the CBA to the visiting team and the officials
- Confirm rosters with home and away teams and distribute to all NLL & Internal stakeholders to meet NLL timelines
- Timely departure and cleanup of locker room before and throughout game
- Handle Team tickets at home and on the road
- Coordinate/Set up staff meal and home/visiting team coffee and post-game meals
- Assist opposing teams upon arrival to Ball Arena and work with visiting team on player tickets and gameday needs.
- Set up and tear down all items needed for evening practices, morning shootaround and gameday.
- Assist the coaching and team operations staff with miscellaneous tasks.
- Assist other KSE departments with events and activities specific to the Mammoth as needed.
