Nature of Work:
Assist with financial reporting and visualizations by collaborating with various departments concerning their financial data.
Examples of work performed:
- Create financial reports and dashboards in Power BI based on ERP data that support various departments and decision makers
- Support the maintenance and further design of an Excel-based corporate planning software
- Partner with our data engineering team to create accessible data models for financial data
- Analytically evaluate manually created Excel reports and find solutions for efficiency
- Review queries for performance and optimization
- Performs various project work, as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum
- Education Requirement – High school diploma or GED
- Education & Experience Equivalency – Pursuing Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or related degree
- Proficiency with Excel
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of basic data structuring such as warehouses, databases, and relationships
- Working knowledge of Power BI or a similar data visualization tool
- Business acumen and understanding of basic accounting/financial reporting
- Strong communication skills and comfort with explaining technical processes in simple terms
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Cooperative attitude and flexible approach to a wide variety of situations
- Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic SQL skills a plus but not required
Compensation
- Base hourly rate $18.81 per hour
