Nature of Work: The Head of Content Strategy & Production serves as the creative and strategic leader for all Nuggets-related content across video, social media, in-arena, television, digital, and beyond. Under the direction of Nuggets Marketing and Altitude senior leadership this role oversees the creative vision for brand storytelling and spearheads the ideation, development, production, and distribution of content across team departments and Altitude. Tasked with managing a large, multidisciplinary team—including videographers, editors, producers, social media publishers, and project managers—this position is the hub for Nuggets content, driving innovation, maintaining consistency, and optimizing resources across all content production platforms.

Key duties:
• In conjunction with Marketing head and content leadership group develop key brand narratives, messaging and storylines.
• Lead the content leadership group (Altitude, Social, Video and Creative leaders).
• Collaborate with Altitude, Game Presentation, Team Marketing, and Partnership Marketing on content strategy, needs and production.
• Coordinate with PR and Basketball Ops relative to team/player content, access and involvement
• Integrate organization and business objectives with content strategy and goals.
• Work with broadcast and digital technology areas on equipment, vendor and/or product needs.
• Manage project workflows, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery.
• Streamline brand communications across all platforms and channels to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee tracking and reporting relative to studio output, efficiency and content performance.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse content team
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and team road trips as necessary. Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
• Typical office conditions – hybrid schedule of in-office and virtual workdays
• Typical basketball arena conditions during games – walking and standing for long periods

Qualifications
• Ability to lead a team while managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in marketing, creative, content, social/digital media, and/or video production.
• Proven track record producing high-impact content for digital, TV, and live entertainment.
• A background in/understanding of storytelling and the broader production process.
• Demonstrated education in marketing, communications, media studies/production or related fields.
• Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, team-first mindset.

Compensation
• Base salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
