Position Summary
To assist with day-to-day operations with the game presentation department, which includes some game nights for Avalanche, Nuggets and Mammoth.
 
Nature of Work:
This is a seasonal position with employment concluding at the end of the 2025-2026 Season
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Assist game directors and stage managers with day-to-day duties of the department with opportunity to learn multiple positions required of a game night staff. 
  • Maintain department promotional item inventory.
  • Assist department with all three Ball Arena teams media days.
  • Attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings with directors and coordinators.
  • Maintain and organize all prizing and promotional inventory and effectively communicate relevant details to necessary employees
  • Coordinate booking of honor guards
  • Responsible for maintaining credential and parking needs for department meetings
  • Assisting with all entertainment teams including but not limited to the audition process, uniform distribution and other events throughout the season
  • Responsible for day of preparation for all games and events
  • Willingness to clean and organize game-night equipment and storage areas
  • Coordinating picks ups and drops offs Game Presentation supplies with Casino Marketing
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Performance Requirements/Skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and writing skills.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with great attention to detail.
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.  
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
