Nature of Work:
The Event Field Staff - B is responsible for providing on-site support during tournaments and events for the FLW Pro Circuit. This role ensures smooth and efficient operations during events.
Examples of Work Performed:
- Assists with the setup and teardown of event sites.
- Provides logistical support for event staff and participants.
- Ensures compliance with event rules and regulations.
- Communicates with participants, vendors, and staff to ensure all event needs are met.
- Provides on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Work in outdoor conditions
- Lift 50 lbs. daily
- Work in extreme weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ experience in event operations or a related field
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred:
- Experience in sports or outdoor event operations
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
