Nature of Work:
Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is looking for an individual to assist the Vice President of Business Development in leading a service department primarily responsible for managing all premium accounts and relationships both at Pepsi Center and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. This will include suites, all-inclusive clubs, and all four KSE team’s premium memberships. The Director of Premium Services must have a proven track record in hospitality, specifically in the sports realm, in leading a services team, and be a professional and self-motivated individual. 
 
Examples of work performed:
  • The Premium Services Director is responsible for leading and executing service initiatives for all premium products and spaces at Ball Arena and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, supporting the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth, Colorado Rapids, and all ancillary concerts and events.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Premium Account Managers, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan focused on client retention, premium experience enhancement, and revenue growth.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the services team in alignment with organizational values and goals.
  • Implement and evolve service strategies for premium areas including suite leases, theater boxes, all-inclusive spaces, and event rentals at both venues.
  • In partnership with the Director of Premium Hospitality, design and manage premium membership benefit programs across all product types.
  • Collaborate with the Sponsorship team to identify and activate global benefits and service opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with ticket sales teams across all sports properties to support integrated premium benefit offerings.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal departments to ensure a seamless and collaborative client experience.
  • Represent the organization and actively manage premium client experiences during events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
    • At least 4 years of experience sales and service experience, with a proven track record in premium and hospitality space
    • Minimum of 2 years of direct leadership experience managing staff
  • Preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in ticket services, specifically within premium or suite environments
    • 3+ years of leadership experience within the sports industry
    • Experience in premium sales within a hospitality or sports setting
    • Demonstrated success in servicing, selling, and managing premium inventory in a professional sports environment

  • Experience leading training for ticket sales staff.
  • Ticketing system experience, Ticketmaster preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
 
Compensation:
  • Base $95,000 per annum including bonus structure  
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
